Your Skin's Enemies

1. Alcohol
Alcohol effects of dehydration of the skin are well documented - it seems dry, with more lines and wrinkles. Alcohol also produces a vasodilation, in which blood vessels become dilated, resulting in greater redness and irritation.

2. Caffeine
Even a strong cup can have a dramatic effect on your state of hydration, so if you love your coffee, do not forget to take a hunter water. Be careful with these new energy drinks, many of whom have two to three times as much caffeine as coffee. Dehydration makes the skin dry and see, wrinkly and boring.

3. Saturated fat and trans fatty acids
Saturated fats, found in fatty meats, full cream and coconut milk products, and trans fatty acids, mostly in hydrogenated oils, increase the production of free radicals, which accelerate the aging process.Found lead in many foods, these fats can also play a role in initiating inflammation, puffiness and grains.

4. Cigarettes
Nicotine raises blood vessel owners' constriction, creating a dull skin tone and reduce our vitamin C supply.
