3 Step For Better Skin Care

There are a lot of information about skin care and advice that I m trying to cover here on the blog and in the newsletter that should have already registered. So in this series of posts I m going to write about 3 steps on the path towards a better skin care.

Step one - knowing your skin type

The first step in gathering information on skin care is to find out what type of skin you have. There are 4 basic types of skin: normal, oily, dry and combination

Normal skin has an even tone, smooth and soft texture, no visible spots or pores, and non-fat or scaly patches.

Skin fat is bright, thick and has a dull color. Skin fat tends to shine throughout the day.

Dry skin is dry and tends to get flaky. Most dry skin results from environmental factors as exposure to cold or heat with low humidity levels, long-term use of air conditioning or central heating, bathroom and excessive.

Combination skin is a mixture of dry and oily areas of varying degrees. Usually, the forehead, nose and chin prone to oiliness, while the cheeks and neck tends to be dry.

Step 2 skin care products and the basic skin routine.

Now, you need to know what the best products for skin care for you. There are a lot of products for skin care and sometimes there is very confusing to find the right for you. You can go and read some comments or you can check out the forums as:
The skin care or speak Smart skin care forum, but usually the best tactic is just to test the widest possible range of products that can meet your skin type and needs.

Now, in order not to go broke as a result of this skin-care adventure I suggest you go to try to get those free samples - many of the companies give away free samples these days. If you can not find some free samples to try to buy the smallest containers. After a few products seen, of course, what is left and then you can buy these super big saving containers.

Remember that commodities that you need are the ones who falls into the skin of basic routine that you must begin (if not already) and that is:

1. Cleanliness:
-- Find a good cleaner that your skin responds well.
-- Do not clean up too often (once a day - once a week according to what suits you best)
-- Use hot water to loosen dirt and clogged pores.
-- Use a dime-size bit of cleaning and then rinse with cold water.
-- Take off your makeup with a good makeup remover.

2. Cleaved:
-- At least once a week (do not skip - try it for a couple of times and see if m wrong. There will be good results)
